I love the idea of using the rubric for evaluation...I also like the worksheet. I may tweak it to fit my needs, but feel it can be used as part of the eval.-Wendy
I think we should add some tasks in the rubric that match the other objectives we set (such as history in technology, human activity)-- just to ensure that we emphasize the subject matter. Maybe add:
Demonstrated knowledge of St. Augustine (or wherever) by identifying well-known history sites in Google Earth.

From Denise: I think maybe a pre-test and post-test based on the subject-area we are assessing. I like the rubric idea. It could actually be used for the post-assessment. The students could fill out a short little questionnaire for the pre-assessment. We just need to stay focused on the standards, not the technology.
